Our company started as a lease and finance business in 1998. Mortgage finance was introduced in 1999 and grew very quickly to the point where it became the largest part of the business by the year 2000. At this time a separate mortgage company was incorporated (Iconex Home loans Pty Ltd). The business has continued to grow and a separate brand has been incorporated (Harbour Home Loans).
