For business owners and self emplyed who cannot meet lending criteria primarily on serviceability gorunds.
Platinum
Allows borrowing of 100% of property value. Generally best used in a property market that is rising strongly and hence gives the chance to lock in a property price now. Only offered to high income earners with perfect credit record.
